A Raisin: January 23-30


  1. Students read independently for fifteen minutes.
  2. We picked reading parts for Act 1, scene 2 (on Day 5 of the agenda) and began reading.
  3. We finished reading Act 1, scene 2 of A Raisin in the Sun.
  4. Working with members of their small groups, students recorded 3 quotes related to their topic in their packets.
  5. Working independently, students completed The Youngers and Me theme activity.
