A Raisin: February 8-9

Today,

  1. Students read independently for thirty minutes. Mrs. Skotnicki doubled the independent reading time because Act 2, scene 2 is shorter than the other scenes.
  2. We picked reading parts for Act 2, scene 2 (on Day 9 of the agenda) and began reading.
  3. We read Act 2, scene 2 of A Raisin in the Sun.
  4. Working with members of their small groups, students recorded 3 quotes related to their topic in their packets.
