A Raisin/Scene: March 3-6


  1. Students read independently for fifteen minutes.
  2. We reviewed the purpose of stage notes as a class.
  3. Mrs. Skotnicki shared her scene draft as a model for formatting, stage notes, and dialogue.
  4. Students began or continued writing scenes in Google Drive
  5. Students shared scenes with jskotnicki@wscschools.org. Use this naming convention:
    1. Block_Lastname_Raisinscene
  6. Mrs. Skotnicki assisted as necessary.


  • Be reading. Students should meet or surpass weekly reading goals.
