Raisin/Scene: March 9-10


  1. Students read independently for fifteen minutes.
  2. Mrs. Skotnicki reminded students to refer to her scene draft.
  3. Using Mrs. Skotnicki’s scene as a model, students spent the remainder of the block working on their scenes. Mrs. Skotnicki assisted as necessary.
  4. Students shared their scenes with jskotnicki@wscschools.org.
  5. Students continued writing scenes in Google Drive.


  • Be reading. Students should meet or surpass weekly reading goals.
  • If you do not have three pages written, finish writing your scene.
